Love this product. Was easy to install. Sounds great and customer service was fast responds when I had quick question about the head unit!

Looks amazing, but A/C controls not functioning and no response from customer service, no manual provided on website or with the unit. There are not enough on the street to get help in forums. My rating will be revised if I get some customer support. If problem can't be resolved unit will be returned.

EDIT: Support came through and walked me step by step through the problem until it was solved. They were helpful and kind with me and I am very happy with my purchase now. This unit has a built in amplifier that sounds great and a multichannel equalizer that makes system tuning a breeze with multiple custom save locations for different kinds of music.

Product came fast, has ok directions in box and lots of extra stuff. I didnt need to plug in extra mic, stock works great, the SIM card and 4g antenna Iam not using due to using my service or hotspot. Literally plug and play, and if there is any questions needed to be answered if you contact number on whatsapp the service dept member gets back to you pretty quickly with pics or video help provided. It was very easy to get things figured out with tech support helping for little things I wanted to adjust. Ive had the product for 2 days now and absolutely love it.

People say Im a little bit of a MacGyver, but this installation was easier than I expected. The new unit fits perfectly in the space that my CD player tiny screen radio, climate control system and cigarette lighters took out previously. I drive a 2008 avalanche and Im now feel like Im driving a 2025 model even though thats impossible because the avalanche doesnt exist anymore. I did have one small issue with a motor noise and Customer Service responded within 24 hours and led me to the solution. I give this organization of solid five stars!

I love this thing Tech support is excellent

I have had this product for about a week and it is such an amazing upgrade from the factory radio. I purchased it primarily for Apple Carplay and it works great and connects pretty fast. I had to modify one of the factory connectors to fit with the connector provided for the video feed but it was pretty simple. The factory reverse camera works well but the guide lines are a little off, but I believe they can be adjusted just have not done so yet. I thought I would need the included microphone and speaker but it works great without them, all of the alert tones work and making phone calls with car play is clear using the factory microphone and speakers. Some of the software is not as straight forward but customer support has been extremely prompt and helpful. Although the bezel is not the right color for my vehicle the fit is very good and looks like it was factory original. The only downside is you lose the 12V plug for accessories but I plan to modify the factory cables to accommodate secondary ones so I can charge my phone.

This was very easy to install. A few things that we knew were gonna be a tad longer to deal with. But the answers were addressed on the questions asked. It did not like the factory install backup camera. We tried all the work arounds mentioned. So we just bought a new camera. Over all the look is amazing. Its all at your fingertip to use. Worth the money and so easy to use.
