Unable to Connect to CarPlay – CarPlay Won't Launch, but Bluetooth Is Connected

Troubleshooting Steps:

Check whether your phone is connected to the box's Wi-Fi hotspot. If it is, disconnect it and proceed to the next step.
Check whether the box antenna is properly connected.
Delete the Bluetooth pairing records between your phone and the original vehicle system, and also remove the phone records from the vehicle.
On your phone, forget the box's Bluetooth connection and restart the phone.
Turn off the vehicle, wait for 1 minute, then restart it. Return to the box interface and search for the device again.

Final Step:

Re-complete the Bluetooth + Wi-Fi pairing process to establish the CarPlay connection.

How to fix occasional CarPlay disconnection?

Go to Settings > System > System Version, take a photo, and send it to customer service for confirmation.
Check the antenna position and make sure it is not close to metal.
Try changing the Wi-Fi channel: Setup > Wi-Fi > Channel > xx, then restart.
Check your iPhone iOS version and update it to the latest version.

Will it work on a Lexus without factory navigation?
