Ordered this unit because i wanted a new radio in the 2014 explorer i just got and its stock radio/cd player didn't work soo looking around different head units i stumbled on to these tesla style screens and said I had to have it.

Ordered the package and it said it would take a couple of weeks since my only choice was the sync 1 version and those had to be ordered from over seas. Anyway they said It would take 2 or 3 weeks, but in actuality it came extremely fast and i got it in a week.

Everything came packaged really well and i really should have taken pictures. Installation was pretty much simple and straightforward if you ever installed a radio before. Everything is plug and play and the directions are not the greatest like others have mentioned, but with a youtube video it should be no problem....

Ive only had it installed for a few days and am still learning what everything does since its basically a big android tablet radio. And everything seems to work as advertised...
