The unit works perfect. Just make sure that you plug up all wires correctly. The middle- black wire/plug on the left hand side of the unit plugs into the grey plug on the main wiring harness. This what prevented me from having sound.

Also, this unit supports volume and music (Previous and Forward) controls from the steering wheel on my 2013 Ford Mustang . You have to set it up in the settings of the head unit. AC and Climate control functions are working as intended.
