Beautiful screen. Works with stock steering wheel controls on 2019 F150.

I’ve been using this system on my 2019 F150 for a while now, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The screen quality is fantastic, bring the interior of my truck to the next level. The interface is very easy to use, allowing me to connect carplay through my iPhone effortlessly. The original SYNC 3 interface also retained perfectly fine and this is the main reason for me to purchase this system. I don’t want to lose any of my original features. I can switch between the original sync2 and the new interface with no issue. My original backup camera works perfectly fine on this system. They also provide top-notch customer support. Had some issue by using my sim card to access the LTE, I sent them an email and received quick response. I’m very much satisfied with this system. I’d recommend to anyone who is looking for an upgrade on their truck.

These guys are true professionals. I’ve completely satisfied with this 14.4″ screen in my 2019 Ford F150 Raptor and I couldn’t be happier. To be clear, I have tried different options in the market in my previous vehicles. This system is actually the highest quality, especially the 14.4″ screen, the resolution just blown me away. This screen keep my original sync and all other features as well. I can still use my XM radio with this system, as well as my B&O sound system as well. Everything works as mentioned. Also, I’m able to connect wireless apple carplay as well. WI didn’t pay attention to the installation instruction, I forgot to transfer my apim to the unit at the beginning, but I managed to fix it. Software is user friendly, similar to my android tablet. For the 8+128 version, it’s really smooth. They also provide top-notch customer service as well. Highly recommend !

These guys were very knowledgeable & provide very great service. I purchased a 14.4 screen from them 2 months ago, have been using it for almost a month, so far i have no issue at all. The only issue I got is the launcher. This is a customized theme that I used on my previous radio. I sent them couple email and got replies shortly. Very professional and responsive. Remember to read the installation instruction included in the package, very informative and useful. I also managed to insert a sim card to access the internet. The system is very fast and smooth as well. I extended the memory by a 128GB USB stick with no issue at all. Truly appreciated and highly recommend. Nice job 👍

I highly recommend this system, it’s fantastic! The team from Viknav is incredibly professional, and their customer service is top-notch. After extensive research, I decided to go with them, and I haven’t regretted it for a second. Installation was straightforward, but I encountered an issue with displaying the original screen on the new system. I called their support team and received an response instantly. It turned out the issue was on my end. I hadn’t thoroughly read the installation instructions. After adjusting some settings in the factory menu, everything worked perfectly. This screen retains all my original features, including the 360° camera and Bose sound system, which function flawlessly with the new setup. I was initially worried about the screen sticking up, but it blends into my dash seamlessly. it even sits lower than the upper dash. Overall, I’m really enjoying this new addition. Long story short, I have purcahsed a similar screen from Amazon two months ago. Very disappointed with that purchase. Nothing work with that and I returned it in 2 days. I searched online and found Viknav. I did a lot research and end up decided to pull the trigger because their technical support is excellent and professional. My truck is 2020 Ford and I have ordered the 14.4″ new version. I received my package 3 days after the purchase. The shipping is smooth and fast. The unit is plug and play, I didn’t require to do any modification. It just sit on top. Excellent! The resolution of the screen is excellent. The first time when I turn on the truck, it just blown me away. The best screen I have seen on these system. My backup camera is working perfectly fine with the new system. Currently I am deciding to add the front camera as well. I will recommend this to everyone who is looking for an upgrade on their truck. I will definitely come back to purchase for my other vehicles.

After done a lot of researches in the market, I finally settled down with Viknav in China for my 2019 F150. The guys I talked with were very professional, knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. At the beginning I was looking at another company but end up gave up on their products since they don’t support or retain my original SYNC, which is a must on this vehicle. I’m so happy that I made the right decision on choosing Viknav. The unit is gorgeous. The screen is big but still fit perfectly into my dash. It also keep all my original features, included the original SYNC and B&O sound as well. Not only was I happy with the unit but they exceeded my expectations and their installation instruction is very straight forward and easy to understand. The shipping is fast and smooth. I had great experience with this company. Purchased a system for my 2018 F150. The instruction provided is very detailed. I had zero issues to install the system, took me around 20 mins. Unlike some other similar products I found online, this system keeps all my original system. Absolutely love it.

I purchased a this for a 2016 F150 Sync 1. Overall very satisfied and impressed with OEM-like functionality. Looks great! and ties into the factory controls perfectly. The install video really helped. Had some hiccups with the software variant but customer support helped me with an update that fixed the problem. radio, sync voice, backup camera, all speakers, off when door opens, etc…was working. Bottom line is it elevates your cabin and it performs better than OEM since it can run native android apps.

Purchased a tesla system of F150 2018 for my husband. We are really satisfied with the quality. It definitely bring our cabin to next level. The installation instruction is clear and easy to understand. At the beginning, we had some issues with the sound, but the trouble shooting guideline saved our life. With the guideline, we figured out the sound goes thought the USB channel. The screen is very bright and high resolution. Thanks so much. Keep up the good work. Installed this system on my 2015 f150 a few weeks ago. I love it. My car used to look very old with the old deck. With this tesla screen, it bring my vehicle to next level. Now I can drive my truck for couple more years without feeling that it’s outdated. The system comes with carplay and everything that you need. I also installed my ipTV app on the system and it works great. Their technical support is also outstandings. I even schedule a video call with their team to fix one of my issues. Great buy. Would recommend to anyone.

Great product, even better engineering/customer support. I'm not sure buying a car radio from China is a good idea. I live in Ireland and I was pretty sure I would need advice and help to install it properly. I took the risk. I shouldn't have worried. The Chinese seller provided me with great engineering support via WhatsApp. He explained everything in English and sent helpful videos to illustrate. 5 star recommendation!

This unit is nice and looks great in my 2017 F150 Raptor. It took about 10 days to get to my door and about 2 hours to install. I had an issue after install, so I reached out to the seller and they had tech support reach me via WhatsApp. After about an hour of troubleshooting they identified the problem and I was able to get the unit going. I am very satisfied with my purchase, the product, and the customer service after the sale/ tech support.

 
 

Communication was good and I received my screen in about a week - very fast. I knew exactly what I was getting in to with this so installation was about 1 hour. This is a huge upgrade from the factory 8” screen.
