Overall I rate this product 5 out of 5 stars. Their customer support is outstanding. What ever the product is lacking is made up for with thier customer support. They have a text based customer support which I like. The contact information is in the literature they send you. They are very easy to contact and their response time is swift, usually an hour or less in my case. I have no problems getting ahold of them or getting a quick response with a good solution.
