This was a great upgrade for my 2016 Silverado, it arrived within a few days in a protected box, installation was easy, plug and play, the back up camera is very clear, I love it so much, especially the wireless carplay feature, and the fact that it's a very smooth system with no lag!

I was skeptical about purchasing this product but overall it's great, my car is a 2017 Chevy 2500 and it took about 30 minutes to install,the instructions were super easy to understand and plug and play. The setup part takes a while, but if you know Android tablets, you'll get the point. The car playback setup is simple and works great. If you set the tablet as a hotspot, you can watch Netflix or Youku, and you can split screen the GPS, which is pretty cool.

The operating interface is simple and clear, and the operation saves time and effort to ensure driving safety. Easy to install, but it takes time to remove the old unit and panels, so you'll need about 2 hrs, been using it for a couple weeks before giving a review, I'm android and it works great!AC control works perfect, steering buttons work too, you have to program it after installing the stereo, that takes like 5 min

Purchased this system a couple weeks ago for my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. It is so much better than the one I previously purchased that I have returned it. The previous system purchased was very laggy. The new one I purchased from Viknav is very smooth and fast. The screen resolution and brightness on this one is also much better than the previous one. This system is also fully compatible with my original car-reverse camera. It is worth noting that I purchased the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon Android 13. The installation manual and videos are very clear and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Purchased the Android 13 Car Radio for Chevrolet Silverado a couple weeks back and it is great! Very easy to install. Customer support is super responsive. Instructions are simple anyone with a little bit of knowledge can do the installation, ran into a little problem because I did not connect all the wires, but customer service was an excellent troubleshooter.

I received and installed it the same day and the whole process of taking it apart took about 3 hours. I love it, except for the super random static that happens sometimes, but it doesn't last a second. Customer service was also great, they helped me out with a back up camera issue I was having with the installation within 30 minutes. The sound quality for phone calls using the microphone provided with the head unit isn't the best, but you can still use your old console and get the pristine clear sound quality that comes with the vehicle. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I will update if any issues arise as I use it over time.
