Overall I'm very happy with it, I was worried that the interface would feel cheap and lose functionality but it's very smooth and I have full control over everything. You can communicate with them through the whats app and they will send you videos showing you step by step. The setup is very detailed, there is a setting for everything and the descriptions of them are not clearly explained. To me it seems to be a language translation issue with the descriptions. You have to sit there and play through everything to become familiar with it. Of course, if you run into a problem you don't understand, you can still rely on the excellent customer service! I love my new tablet car radio. The Apple car playback feature is great. Can download all the apps on the App Store. I had a small problem that I didn't understand and reached out to customer service through the what's app and he helped me out. Thanks again!πππ

Highly recommend this replacement radio. I have a 2015 Silverado 2500 hd high country and unit installs and works as advertised. I purchased this Tesla style screen from Viknav for my 2017 Silverado two months ago. This screen is outstanding and the staff and product are great. This system was able to get my original system to display flawlessly on the new screen. There were a few issues with the installation, but the technicians were there to guide me through the installation so it went very smoothly. They even provided video call support late at night so I could complete the installation. I am so glad I decided to go with Viknav; I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs car audio work.πππ

I own a 2014 Silverado. I purchased a 14.4 inch screen from the website and received it in 4 days with standard shipping. Installation was very easy and took about an hour or so. There were only a couple wiring harnesses to plug in. The screen upgrade has changed the overall look of my truck. It also retained all of the stock features of my car. I am very satisfied and recommend it to anyone looking for a screen upgrade for their silver sedan.πππ

This screen is working excellent, gps and bluetooth everything is working perfect, had a little glitch with the ac not working but simple as disconnecting battery and reconnecting it got it working, screen is responsive and no glitchesππ»ππ»ππ»

This screen is a great upgrade for my truck. I love it had some minor issues with the setup and got in contact with the customer service representative and he was very helpful. He answered quickly and made sure my issues were resolved before he ended our conversation. I truly recommend this product.
